The story of a passion for wood and surf culture
SamosWoodShop was born from a simple passion: wood, surf culture and the desire to create unique objects that tell a story.
It all started as a hobby, in my workshop in Normandy. What began as a pastime gradually became a true artisanal adventure — handcrafting unique pieces inspired by surf culture, for lovers of the ocean and natural home decor.
I'm not a surfer myself, but the surf world has always fascinated me — its freedom, its connection with nature, its raw and authentic aesthetic. That's exactly what I try to capture in every piece I create.
🪵 My craftsmanship
Every piece is handcrafted in my workshop in Normandy, using carefully selected solid pine wood. No mass production, no industrial machinery — just my hands, my tools and my passion.
Every coffee table, every decorative surfboard, every keychain is a one-of-a-kind piece with its own natural wood variations. That's what makes each creation truly exclusive.
