Inspired by surfboards and designed for balance training, this proprioception board is suitable for both athletes and healthcare professionals. Its wooden platform, handcrafted in our Normandy workshop, offers natural stability while engaging deep muscles with every movement.

Usable alone on a fixed base, or combined with our optional air cushion (34 cm diameter, inflatable and non-slip) to intensify balance and core work — a combination popular with physiotherapists and coaches for ankle/knee/hip/back rehabilitation, physical preparation, or fall prevention.
